Multifunctional Floculant Powders (MFP) New Application Fields on Wastewater
Dr. Federico Rivalta
Multifunctional flocculants powders (MFP) application is addressed to the wastewater depuration process in small and medium dimension plants (less than 20 cubic meters/day).
The powders are "all in one" products and contain primary flocculants, polymers, dispersants, wetting agents, anti-caking agents, activated carbon and absorbing clays : all these components in micronized form.

SODIUM FERRATE GENERATOR
INTECNA srl
INTECNA’s PATENT 2013 A 001804 is suitable for the production of sodium ferrate, using an electrolytic cell which has one sector (anolyte) containing an anode, and a second sector (catholyte) containing a cathode . Sectors are separated from a conductive membrane.

INTECNA is producer of Multifunctional flocculants powders (MFP). These are products “all in one” and contain into the formulation primary flocculants, polymers, dispersants, wetting agents, anti-caking agents, activated carbon and absorbing clays: all these components in micronized form and already formulated to allow the best flocculation results.
MFP application is addressed to the wastewater depuration process in small and medium dimension plants (less than 20/25 cubic meters/day).

Electrocoagulation method optimised by INTECNA, provides a relatively compact and robust treatment/plant alternative in which special alloy metal anodes initiate electrochemical reactions that provide active metal cations for coagulation and flocculation. In the same plant all sections :
ELECTRO-CELL
FLOCCULATION VESSEL
FILTRATION DEVICE
are installed to realise a complete treatment process. No coagulants have to be added to the wastewater and hence.

Ferrate is commonly used for water purification or for the treatment of wastewater. It also finds applications in water treatment of fish farms and animals because it strikes the phosphor with high yield. It's also used for Heavy pollutants reduction.
Electrochemical method in electro-cells, either not separated or separated from membranes.
The proposed process is economically advantageous and does not form chlorine in solution.
