Membrane filtration with Ozone regeneration (Pat)
Ceramic membrane modules
Ceramic membrane modules
Filtration processes based on micro- or ultrafiltration are used in many areas for the treatment of water. A main problem with the membrane processes is the so-called fouling. Fouling results in puddling and clogging of pores on the membrane, which leads to an increase in the pressure loss or a decrease in the filtration performance. Fouling can not be reversed by normal flushing procedures. For the removal of the fouling layers, more or less intensive chemical-oxidative cleanings are required, which requir
Compact filter systems TWK
HYDROZON® drinking water compact systems for water
HYDROZON® drinking water compact systems for water
The HYDROZON® drinking water compact systems (TWK) is a near-to natural method of treating and disinfecting different types of raw water into best drinking water.
HYDROZON® drinking water compact systems can be integrated both into new systems and, thanks to their compact size, subsequently into existing systems. At a comparison of costs (investment costs + operating costs) HYDROZON® drinking water compact systems are usually notably less expensive than conventional ozone system technology.

Nanofiltration (NF) and Reverse osmosis (RO)
Reverse osmosis is a frequently used process in the field of water desalination. By reverse osmosis, monovalent ions can be removed from the water. This requires adequate diaphragms and high operating pressures up to 60 bar.
Nanofiltration is an identical process. However, the retention rates are lower than in reverse osmosis. Nanofiltration works with a lower water pressure of less than 8 bar. Nanofiltration or NF is therefore often referred to as low-pressure reverse osmosis (LPRO).
The main application o

Degassing of waters
Special degassing methods can be used to remove/reduce oxygen and carbon dioxide from water:
- Thermal degassing (Pressure degassing, vacuum degassing)
- Membrane degassing
- Chemical degassing

Water tower in stainless steal
Water towers are generally considered to be expensive and complex to operate - but not the HydroSystemTower®: It is the innovative further development of the HydroSystemTank® which converts it into an innovative water tower.
The HydroSystemTower® is manufactured completely at the factory, transported to the installation location, mounted on the base provided by the user, connected and commissioned.
The lower section of the tank contains the installation room. This is where pipeline installation, pumps and p
