AECO-FAT
Nijhuis Saur Industries
AECO-FAT is the latest circular innovation for on-site biofuel production from fatty wastewater to reduce CO2 emissions from gas and reduce wastewater sludge. When fat is recovered, it can be reused for heat production on site or sold as products such as biofuel or co-substrate in digesters. The innovation is now in operation at a Dutch Poultry plant to make their operations more sustainable.
